This website is a collection preview. Ordering, new email signups and customer accounts remain paused while the legal business details and email privacy setup are completed.

These terms describe this UK collection preview and the conditions intended for consumer orders when ordering opens. Browsing, putting a piece in a basket or requesting a quote does not place an order or require payment.

Product information and previews

Gold, silver and iced describe visual finishes here, not verified metal purity or gemstone composition. Current images are design previews; they must not be treated as evidence of exact stock, dimensions or materials. Actual product specifications, metal/plating information, stone type, dimensions, available sizes and any applicable hallmark will be confirmed before a product is offered for purchase. Do not assume a piece is solid gold, sterling silver, diamond, hypoallergenic or suitable for intraoral use from its appearance.

Ring measurements in the dropdown are EU inner circumference sizes, 48–60 mm in 2 mm steps. They are not diameter measurements. Other jewellery lengths are indicated separately. Ask us about uncertain fit before ordering. Personalised wording, spelling and design must be confirmed before production.

Prices, orders and payment

Preview prices are in GBP; personalised “from” amounts require an agreed quote. Before an order, we will provide the final product details, total price including applicable taxes, delivery costs, timing and cancellation information. You must be able to check and correct choices before submitting an order. A basket or automated receipt is not itself acceptance: we accept an order when we explicitly confirm acceptance and its agreed details in a durable message.

Only payment methods actually offered in the agreed checkout or written quote are available. No instalment approval, interest rate or payment-provider eligibility is guaranteed. Do not send money or cryptocurrency in response to an unverified payment request. Any crypto payment needs agreed valuation and refund arrangements before payment. No surcharge, optional extra or donation will be added without the necessary express agreement. Your statutory rights apply whichever payment method is agreed.

The welcome code GGFAMILY10 gives 10% off eligible merchandise for a first order when checkout opens, subject to the Shopify first-order eligibility check and one use per customer. Delivery is not discounted; it cannot be combined with other discounts. You can see the actual discount before paying.

UK delivery

Ordering is currently closed. When it opens, the available destinations, delivery service, charges and agreed arrival estimate will be provided before payment. Unless another delivery period is agreed, consumer goods must be delivered within 30 days. Custom production time requires express agreement. We remain responsible for goods until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently commission. If delivery is delayed or an item arrives damaged or missing, contact us; your legal remedies are preserved.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Read the refund policy for statutory cancellation, our additional 30-day offer and faulty-goods remedies. Genuine personalised goods may have a change-of-mind exception; this never removes rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Any separate commercial warranty must have written terms; no unconfirmed warranty is promised on this preview.

Customer support and fair use

Send order or service complaints to gleamgrillz@gmail.com, including the order reference if available. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. Do not use the site to send unlawful content, impersonate someone, interfere with the service or infringe another person's rights. Ask before using a third party's protected name, logo or artwork in a custom design.

Content, privacy and liability

Our site content and third-party marks are subject to their respective owners' rights. This site does not grant permission to reuse protected material and does not claim ownership of all displayed imagery. See the privacy policy for data use; marketing consent is separate from an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer statutory rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live in the UK. Changes apply prospectively and will not remove rights under an existing accepted order.
